Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.



Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.




Q: I ordered an instant PDF I have completed the checkout process, how do I receive my file(s)?
A: Your download files will be available instantly after checkout at: http://stores.americanfeltandcraft.com/Download.bok.You will also be sent a confirmation email with this address. Once you click on the link you may have to log in with your username and pass code. From there simply hit the download button and save your files to your computer. Please note that due to space restrictions your PDF file will not be saved on our system after download. Should you need assistance with this please email us at Customerservice@feltandcraft.com



Q: Do you offer wholesale or quantity discounts?
A: Unfortunately to bring our customers the lowest possible prices not all items we sell can be discounted please email us at Customerservice@feltandcraft.com should you need to order more than 50 of any item.
